One-on-One Private Class Information
I offer private classes in my studio here in Springfield Oregon. The fee for one day is $400. The fee for two or more days is $350 per day. I tell my students that one day is OK, however I recommend two or three days.
While I offer many elements of design, my instruction will be concerned with heat and how to use it correctly. I will also guide you through the correct use of the paddle in forming long beads and show you how to keep your designs and pattern work neat and in place. I hope to give you a new sense of what you need to do and how to get the work done in a comfortable manner. I always allow the students to request any specific instruction that they feel they need.
If you are flying, you will want to land at Eugene airport. I will provide a list of motel options for you to consider. All of these options are on the interstate (I-5) that is near the airport and only 15-20 minutes from my place in the country. I'll provide a set of directions for you to get from the motel to my place. The least expensive and closest is Motel 6 at $45 a day. Most of my students stay there. It is clean and safe with a Dennys restaurant next door. All the others are just one exit further along the interstate and are still near my studio from my place in the country.
